Lost n’ Found
Lost n’ Found is a social-impact initiative that transforms abandoned, condemned, and underused properties into thriving social hubs.
We focus on the places many people have written off as lost causes—empty warehouses, forgotten villages, distressed neighborhoods, vacant land, and neglected buildings. Rather than allowing these properties to continue deteriorating, we work with public and private owners to uncover their potential and create a new purpose for them.
Each project is shaped around the needs and possibilities of the surrounding community. A forgotten property may become a center for housing, employment, entrepreneurship, education, wellness, food production, tourism, or community connection. The specific transformation will differ, but the goal remains the same: turn a place of decline into an ecosystem of opportunity.
Lost n’ Found is about more than repairing buildings. It is about taking what was considered a lost cause and making it a social cause—using overlooked resources to create new resources for the greater good.
Hosted by Dr. Amichai Graber as part of the Dr. Fixer series, the initiative documents the journey of finding these properties, understanding their stories, bringing the right people together, and helping them come alive again.
We do not simply restore forgotten places. We transform them into social hubs where people can belong, contribute, connect, and build a stronger future.
From abandoned to activated. From lost causes to lasting community impact.
