Her role includes managing operations, building partnerships, coordinating staff and volunteers, and ensuring each initiative runs smoothly and sustainably. Alivia focuses on creating opportunities that meet people where they are, designing programs that are impactful, accessible, and tailored to diverse needs. With a balance of leadership, strategy, and hands-on involvement, she works to guide our programs toward long-term success while keeping people at the heart of everything we do.

Alivia’s passion for this work began at a very young age, inspired by watching her father and witnessing firsthand the impact of his dedication on others. Those early experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for the power of service, leadership, and community-driven work.
As Program Director, Alivia carries that passion forward by creating meaningful, people-centered programs that make a lasting difference. With a strong background in leadership and project development, she thrives on bringing ideas to life and ensuring they meet real needs. She believes in collaboration, innovation, and meeting individuals where they are to provide resources and opportunities that truly fit their journey. Her drive comes from a genuine desire to see people succeed and to build programs that open doors, inspire growth, and create lasting impact.
Outside of work, Alivia enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, exercising, learning new skills, and expressing her creativity through music on the harp.
